So at Mazunte, we’ve never concerned ourselves with the idea of “authentic food.” Instead, we use Mexico– its history, its vibrancy, its culture and its passion– as a steady guide and supreme motivation for everything we conceive, be it technique, design, atmosphere, or company values. We are not restricted by Mexico’s deep, powerful story; rather, we are creatively inspired by it.
