  • What's the order cutoff time for next-day delivery?

    Place your order by 3:00 PM for next-day pickup or delivery. Orders submitted after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available date.

  • Can I order for same-day?

    Same-day catering may be available depending on menu availability and scheduling. Please contact us directly at (513) 785-0000 #2 (Mazunte Mercado) to check availability before placing your order.

  • Do you offer utensils or paper goods (plates, napkins, and forks)?

    Yes! Disposable plates, napkins, and forks are available upon request for an additional charge. Serving utensils are included with all buffet orders.

  • What staffing services do you offer?

    Whether you're hosting a large gathering or an intimate get-together, we have a service option to match your needs. Choose from onsite buffet staffing, delivery with full setup, or quick and easy drop-off delivery. Submit an inquiry for full details and pricing.

  • What if I need to order for fewer than 10 people?

    Our catering packages are designed to serve groups of 10 or more. If you're feeding a smaller group, we recommend ordering individual menu items or contacting us to discuss the best option.

  • Can I customize a package?

    Absolutely! We understand every event is different. Contact our team to discuss dietary needs, menu substitutions, or custom catering options.

  • What’s the cancellation policy?

    Cancellation policy for standard pick-up and drop-off orders:

    • More than 72 hours' notice: Full refund
    • 24 to 72 hours' notice: 50% refund
    • Less than 24 hours' notice: Non-refundable
