About Bodega
Originally conceived in 2010, the story of Mazunte is rooted in exploration, courage, passion and PEOPLE. It began with a yearlong research expedition throughout southern Mexico that paved the way for our first taqueria in 2013. In the decade since, we have grown our operations to include catering and events, a mercado, wholesale salsa production, and another taqueria in the heart of downtown Cincinnati.
Mazunte Bodega is the next chapter, reflecting our latest journeys through the palanques of Oaxaca, the blue agave fields of Tequila, the pulquerias of Mexico City and the botaneros of Guadalajara. Salud!
